How do I use Wattbike Atom (Next Generation) gear shifters?

You have the ability to choose between two resistance modes on your Wattbike Atom (Next Generation): 

Gear Mode – There are 22 gears on the Wattbike Atom so you can manually change the resistance and replicate the feeling of riding out on the roads feels most like riding a bike. To change gear, use the up and down buttons on your right shifter. 

Ergo Mode – The resistance on the smart bike trainer will change automatically depending on the workout or climb you have selected.  Tap the top of the right shifter to change from ergo mode to gear mode.

To switch between the two modes, press the red action button on the right shifter.
