If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment processing times:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Ownership of the goods shall be transferred to you upon delivery.
Sometimes things get damaged or are missing. If this is the case, please contact customer service in writing within 7 working days.
In the event of a missed delivery, our couriers will attempt to contact you to book one redelivery slot. Subsequent redelivery attempts will be charged a redelivery fee before the Wattbike is dispatched.
